Each of the 101 individually designed rooms is dedicated to a famous guest-musicians, writers, or actors-who stayed at the hotel, with personal anecdotes and objects integrated into the decor. The rooms offer views of Lake Lucerne and the Alps or the historical Old Town, and include individually adjustable air conditioning and a coffee and tea maker. Guests receive complimentary welcome amenities and guest transportation cards, plus daily turn-down service with chocolates.

Brasserie VICO serves Swiss and French gourmet cuisine à la carte in a setting that combines historic charm with lively energy. Restaurant Pavillon offers a refined dinner experience, and the Schweizerhof Bar is known for inventive cocktails and live piano music or a DJ. The breakfast buffet includes fresh local breads, cheeses, honey from a honeycomb, and made-to-order eggs.
