Wellness & Spa

Santé Wellness Retreat & Spa operates an Advanced Health Optimizing Clinic that uses over 30 technologies to 30 technologies for health assessments. The on-site Bio-Energy Center merges ancient philosophies with modern science, offering vinotherapy treatments using organic red grape ingredients. Every wellness program is individually tailored, following the hotel's recognition as Top Wellness Retreat in South Africa (2019) and Top Wellness Retreat in Africa (2021).

Accommodations

Each individually decorated suite has a private balcony and en-suite bathroom with a frame-less shower, bath and double vanity. The private villa offers luxurious lounges and a stunning outdoor pool for exclusive use. All rooms are air conditioned and provide a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, tea-and-coffee-making facilities and a mini-fridge.

Dining

Exclusive dining is prepared with ingredients sourced from local organic farmers, focusing on gluten-free, dairy-free and refined-sugar-free meals. Chef Jerome creates set menus that change daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, each presented as gourmet healthy cuisine. The restaurant serves seasonal fruits, homemade yoghurts, nutritious grains and freshly squeezed juices, with wine pairings available.

Recreation & Facilities

Two heated swimming pools - one indoor and one outdoor - are surrounded by sun loungers and sun loungers with mountain views. The fitness centre offers yoga classes, pilates and personal training sessions, while bicycle rental and hiking trails are available on the estate. A sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and hydrotherapy treatment rooms complement the spa facilities, including a hammam and solarium.

Multiple conference venues accommodate groups from 10 to 120 attendees, with a business centre offering fax/photocopying services.
